The best way to cook swamp cabbage is to boil the swamp cabbage in a pot of boiling water.

To cook swamp cabbage by boiling the cabbage just put the swamp cabbage in a pot and then fill the pot 1/2 way with water or enough to cover the swamp cabbage.

Then turn the stove on high and get the water boiling.

After the water is boiling then you turn the heat down to simmer and allow the swamp cabbage to slowly simmer in the boiling water.

It takes around 20 minutes to fully cook swamp cabbage in boiling water.

Once the swamp cabbage becomes tender or soft the swamp cabbage is cooked and ready to serve or eat.

You can add salt or pepper to add taste to the swamp cabbage.

Another way to cook swamp cabbage is to fry the swamp cabbage in a skillet or cook the swamp cabbage in a slow cooker for 4 to 8 hours.
