When you have a cold the best tea for a cold is peppermint tea.

Peppermint Tea is a soothing tea for colds as it has the menthol flavor to it.

Adding some honey to the tea is also good for the cold virus.

Warm or hot tea is best when you have a cold virus and the peppermint tea also helps open up stuffy noses and other congested breathing passages.

The best tea to drink for a stuffy nose or a cold or flu is Peppermint Tea.
