However there still is some natural sugar that is in the Lactose free milk so if you cannot consume sugar then Lactose Free Milk should be avoided.
But if you're lactose intolerant and want to drink milk and can consume sugar then Lactose Free Milk is a good alternative milk to regular milk.
I'm lactose intolerant myself and drink Lactose Free Milk and also use Lactose Free Milk in Macaroni and Cheese and also in Cereal.
But the lactose Free Milk does not contain added sugar but it's still sweeter in taste than regular milk is.
