85 MG of caffeine is not a whole lot of caffeine and 8 mg of caffeine is not unhealthy or harmful to your health.

An average size cup of coffee contains between 70 mg to 85 mg of caffeine.

It's generally safe for a healthy adult to drink or consume up to 400 to 500 mg of caffeine per day before it becomes a health issue.

As long as you're not drinking or consuming more than 500 mg of caffeine per day you should be okay as long as you have no other health issues such as heart disease.

If you have heart disease or have experienced a heart attack, stroke etc before then you probably should not drink more than 200 to 300 mg of caffeine per day.

Even some soda and tea has caffeine so it's not just coffee.

Watch your intake of caffeine and you should be okay.
