Fresh Eggs will keep for up to 1 month without refrigeration at room temperature.
If the fresh eggs have never been refrigerated before you bought them or before you bring them in the house etc then it's safe to leave the fresh eggs out of the refrigerator at room temperature.
If you don't use the eggs within 1 month the eggs will spoil and go bad and you should considered refrigerating the fresh eggs if you're not gonna use them up within 1 months time.
I buy fresh eggs all the time and leave them at room temperature on my counter for a few weeks at most but sometimes I buy some extra eggs and have some leftover at a month and they are still good to eat.
Store bought eggs should always be kept refrigerated since they have been refrigerated already in the store but fresh eggs can keep out of the refrigerator safely for around 1 month at most.
You can also do a floating egg test to see if the eggs are still safe to eat.
Just fill a bowl with water and place the egg in the bowl of water and if the egg floats then it's bad and should not be eaten.
If the egg sinks to the bottom of the bowl of water then the egg is fresh and safe to eat and if the egg sinks to the bottom of the bowl but stands up on one end the egg is still safe to eat too but just not as fresh.
