I love both types of peanut butter but crunchy peanut butter has 1 gram more of fiber than creamy peanut butter which makes the crunchy peanut butter a bit healthier than the creamy peanut butter.
But other than that there's not much difference in the healthy part of the peanut butter.
But I find that crunchy peanut butter is the best especially for peanut butter sandwiches and sometimes mixing peanut butter in with ice cream the crunchy peanut butter is usually the best.
But then again for baking cookies etc or just eating right out of the jar I tend to love the creamy peanut butter better.
