Some reasons you should switch to Google Analytics 4 from Universal Analytics is because it's much better for tracking and also because eventually the Universal Analytics will be going away.
It's best to switch to Google Analytics 4 as soon as possible or you can wait until it no longer exists to update your Google Analytics to Google Analytics 4.
I already made the switch to Google Analytics 4 and like it much better than Universal Analytics.
