Switching to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is essential because it offers enhanced event tracking, providing deeper insights into user interactions. GA4's predictive metrics and machine learning capabilities allow for more accurate forecasting and audience segmentation. Moreover, its focus on user privacy aligns with evolving regulations. The cross-platform tracking ensures a holistic view of customer journeys, making it a powerful upgrade over Universal Analytics.
