You can sell squirrel meat but only if the squirrel meat has received a mark of inspection by a state or federal inspection program.

The same is true for other wild game meat it must have the mark of inspection by a state or federal inspection program before it can be sold legally.

Otherwise you can only give away squirrel meat and other wild game meat to family, friends etc.

Game meats that do not have a mark of inspection cannot be sold.
