If you don't have a thermos you can use an Igloo cooler, or any other water dispenser cooler to keep the liquids hot.

You can also make a simple homemade thermos.

To make a simple thermos, all you need are a bottle with a cap, paper towels, aluminum foil, scissors, and electrical tape.

First, wrap the paper towels around the bottle until it's covered by at least 3 layers.

Then, wrap 1 layer of aluminum foil around the bottle, over the top of the paper towels.

To keep drinks hot at a party you can use Insulated sleeves for glasses, cans and bottles (sometimes called “koozies” or “cozies”) can help maintain the temperature of drinks for longer.

Store hot beverages in thermoses.

Some ways to hold hot drinks include using a coffee urn, slow cooker, thermos, use a cup warmer.

Other ways to hold hot drinks include.

Wrap it up with a scarf (or any thick piece of fabric)
Use a Cup Sleeve.
Use A Travel Mug (that has good insulation)
Preheat Your Cup.
Invest in a Thermos (One that Actually Works)
Get a Cup Warmer for your Car.
Use Metal Coffee Beans.

If you're serving warm beverages, you can use a slow cooker or insulated urn to keep them hot.

If you have to use the stove top, keep the heat very low or consider just warming small batches as you need them because the alcohol can easily cook off.

Pour the liquid into a Styrofoam cup.

This is an insulating material that will retain the heat for longer.

Alternatively, pour the liquid into a container and wrap a layer of polystyrene around it.

Place a heat bag on one side of the container and wrap a towel around it.

Styrofoam and Stainless Steel are good insulators to keep liquid hot.

The type of cup that is best at keeping liquids hot is a Styrofoam cup with a lid.

Stainless Steel cups with lids also help keep liquid hot the longest as well.

Styrofoam is the best cup material for the best insulator and for keeping drinks warm and hot.

Stainless Steel insulated cups are also great insulated cups for keeping drinks warm and hot.

To keep a drink warm without electricity you can use a thermos, good insulated cup, insulated stainless steel cup.

You can wrap your cup with a cup sleeve or mug cozy.

Depending on the type of thermos boiling water will stay hot in a thermos for 6 to 12 hours.

You can safely put boiling water in a Thermos without any issues.

You do need to be careful with glass lined Thermoses as the quick change in temperature can cause it to shatter, but stainless steel Thermoses are fine.

The boiling water will stay hot for 6-12 hours.

As a general rule of thumb, you can keep food hot in a thermos for up to 5 hours, although some made of lower-quality materials can only heat the food for up to 2 hours.

The bigger the thermos, the longer it'll stay hot.

You can preheat your thermos by following the below instructions.

Take some hopefully boiling, but at least very hot, water and dump it into your Thermos.
Put the lid on it.
Let it sit for a few minutes.
Dump out the water.
Fill your Thermos with coffee/soup/hot chocolate/tea.
Enjoy super hot beverages all day long.
