The first thing you should eat in the morning are eggs, oatmeal, toast, whole wheat toast, Greek Yogurt, Chia Seeds, Berries or Cottage Cheese or Cereal.

As for what you should drink first thing in the morning, orange juice, tea or coffee is good or even a glass of milk.

It's better to drink a cup of hot coffee in the morning if you need an energy boost in the morning but if not then drinking a cup or two of hot tea is better than the coffee.

Hot Tea can sometimes make you have diarrhea.

And sometimes drinking Hot Tea can help slow down or stop diarrhea as well and the Tea will also hydrate you.

Hot Tea can cause diarrhea if you drink enough of it.

Even ice or room temperature tea can cause diarrhea.

Tea does not dehydrate you as tea is still liquid and although you're peeing more when you drink tea you're still staying hydrated.

You still should drink water and other non caffeinated drinks as well by tea does help keep you hydrated.

Also some people may poop more when drinking tea when they have digestive issues with the tea.

Some people have trouble digesting the Tannin in tea while coffee is easier to digest so some people get an upset stomach with drinking tea and not coffee.

When tea upsets your stomach but coffee does not then it's likely because you're drinking it on an empty stomach or have trouble digesting the tannin that tea contains.
