In English Tostitos or Tostito means small pancake or Tortita.

The reason they are called Tostitos is because the name indicates a bowl of salsa and people.

In the center of the word Tostitos, the two lower case "T's" are actually people, and between them is the letter "I" upon which rests a bowl of salsa, hence the red dot.

The two people are united by, you guessed it, a Tostitos chip.

The original Tostilocos were created in Tijuana, Mexico.

The word tostilocos is a combination of the name of Tostitos-brand tortilla chips and the Spanish word loco, meaning "crazy". So the name essentially means "crazy chips" or "crazy Tostitos".

The Tostitos logo means chips and a bowl of Salsa.

The two lowercase t's in the Tostitos logo represent people holding a chip, and the dot on top of the letter i serves as their bowl of salsa.

The ingredients that are in Tostitos Chips are

The reason Tostitos are so addictive is because of the sodium and salt and fat content in the Tostitos that is added during the making of the Tostitos chips.

This salt and fat makes you crave them more as your brain and tongue react to crave salt and then you want to eat more and more.

Potato chips and Tortilla Chips are best known for two things: salt and fat.

Studies have shown that eating salt triggers the release of dopamine, a chemical messenger that controls your brain's pleasure center.

Once your brain gets that first reward hit, it starts craving more.

Tortilla Chips are called Totopos in Mexico.

Totopos means Crisp Tortilla in Spanish.

Tortilla Chips are Mexican although they were first mass produced in the USA but they were first made in Mexico and served as a Mexican Cuisine.

Although first mass-produced commercially in the U.S. in Los Angeles in the late 1940s, tortilla chips grew out of Mexican cuisine, where similar items were well known, such as totopos and tostadas.

Though usually made of yellow corn, they can also be made of white, blue, or red corn.

Totopos are made of corn.

Totopos are just freshly made corn tortilla chips.

Totopos is Spanish for Tortilla Chips.

Freshly made corn tortilla chips, called totopos in Spanish, are best for preparing chilaquiles or nachos, and also to dip in guacamole, queso con carne, a great salsa or use in any dish that calls for chips.

Homemade tortilla chips are lighter, crispier and have a fresher more authentic corn taste.

Totopos can contribute as one of the main ingredients to make tasty and flavorful nachos, but they are not exactly nachos.

To be more specific, nachos refer to a Mexican dish that is full of heated totopos, or tortilla chips, and some melted cheese or savory toppings such as salsa, lettuce, and sour cream.

A tortilla chip is a snack food made from corn tortillas, which are cut into triangles and then fried or baked (alternatively they may be discs pressed out of corn masa then fried or baked).

Corn tortillas are made of nixtamalized corn, vegetable oil, salt and water.

Some of the best Tortilla Chips are Corn, Vegetable Oil (Corn, Canola, and/or Sunflower Oil), and Salt.

Tortilla chips are generally manufactured from coarsely ground masa from either fresh masa or dry flour that is sheeted, formed, and cut in preparation for the subsequent steps of baking, equilibrating, frying, and salting/seasoning.

You don't have to travel to different countries to improve your English level. It's enough to enroll in a Promova course or learn English on your own thanks to their handy app or dictionaries, such as zoo animals vocabulary. I love their app and study every time I get the chance. I also plan to study with native speakers to work on my pronunciation. I hope this will help me.
