Sabritas are lays.

Lay's are distributed in by Ferrero SpA since 2014. PepsiCo acquired Sabritas S. de R.L. in 1966.

Lay's along with other products such as Cheetos, Fritos, Doritos and Ruffles are marketed under the Sabritas brand.

Sabritas is the brand under which Pepsico brands the Frito-Lay products in Mexico, such as Cheetos, Fritos, Doritos and Ruffles.

It is also the namesake for its own line of potato chips. Frito-Lay also sells variations of its products under the Sabritas brand in U.S. states bordering Mexico.

The logo for Sabritas and Lays are the same as well.

Sabritis is basically a Mexican Version of the American Lays.

The following Lay's (called Sabritas) are available nationally in Mexico: Original, Ruffles, Tostitos, Doritos, Cheetos, Pake-Taxo, Japoneses (peanuts), Cheetos Poffets, Rancheritos, Adobados, Frit-os, Churrumais, Caseras, Sabritones, Crujitos and Chicharrón Clásico.

Pedro Marcos Noriega was the local founder of Sabritas, which, translated, means delicious appetizers.

He created one of the favorite food companies in Mexico with two simple products -- potato chips and a wheat flour pork rind -- under the Sabritones brand.
