Frozen burritos are healthy.

The frozen burritos are not as healthy as homemade burritos but even then the frozen burritos are pretty healthy for you.

Frozen burritos are usually high in sodium, fat and calories.

Homemade burritos are lower in fat, calories and sodium.

Store-bought frozen chimichangas fare slightly better, with around 300-500 calories, 25 grams of fat and 1,200 mg of sodium per serving.

Regular burritos have about 200-300 calories and 10-20 grams of fat each, but drop them into the deep-fryer and you can add 225 calories and 21 grams of fat to each burrito.

Some of the best frozen burritos are.

Jose Ole Burritos. Jose Ole.
Amy's Kitchen Burritos. Amys Kitchen.
Reynaldo's Jumbo Burritos. Reynaldos.
Don Miguel Burritos. Don Miguel.
Patio Burritos. Patio.
Evol Burrito. Evol.
Las Campanas Burritos. Las Campanas.
Red's All Natural Burritos. Reds. The Burrito:

Burritos are generally made of a flour tortilla, a meat, possibly beans and/or rice, cheese and toppings.

Choosing the leanest and most nutrient-dense ingredients and preparing them without adding extra fat ensures that burritos can be a healthy part of any meal plan.

As long as you're eating other healthier foods than just the frozen burritos the frozen burritos are healthy to eat and won't harm your health.
