Vegans can eat pasta as long as the pasta contains no eggs.

Since vegans don't want to eat anything from animals then the vegan would need to avoid any pasta made with eggs.

Most packaged pasta including spaghetti, rotini, and any other type are 100 percent vegan.

To know for sure if the pasta is vegan simply check the ingredients on your package! Sometimes, you might see “egg” listed as an ingredient in “fresh” pastas, so avoid those but generally, pasta contains no animal derived ingredients.

Some Vegan pastas include.

Barilla - The World's Biggest Pasta Brand.

De Cecco - Our Personal Favorite.

Colavita - All-Vegan Pasta Brand.

Garofalo - Exclusive Vegan Pasta.

Rummo - Varied Selection Including Gluten-Free and Whole Grain.

If the pasta contains no eggs or is egg free then vegans can eat the egg free pasta.
