Ice Breakers mints are bad for you because they contain unhealthy ingredients and are high in sugar as well.

A few of the unhealthy ingredients contained in Ice Breakers include aspartame, blue #1, and maltodextrin.

As long as you consume the Ice Breakers Mints in moderation they are not completely bad for you.

Ice Breakers Sours can and do go bad but they are still safe to consume even when they go bad.

Ice Breakers Sours do go bad and they are good for about a year after expiration date or purchase.

Still the expired or old Ice Breakers and Ice Breakers Sours are safe to consume but they may not taste as good as fresh Ice Breakers or Fresh Ice Breaker Sours.

Ice Breakers are called mints but they can also be considered candy as well.

Ice Breakers also makes Chewing Gum too.

Ice Breakers is a brand of mints and chewing gum owned by The Hershey Company.

Its line of soft, cube-shaped gum is branded as Ice Cubes.

Ice Breaker Mints are poisonous to dogs so they should not be given any Ice Breaker Mints because the Ice Breaker Mints contain xylitol which is a sugar alcohol that is not safe for dogs and other pets.

If you suspect that your dog or other pet has consumed chewing gum or mints, call your veterinarian immediately.

Ice Breaker Mints are made by the Hershey Company.

The ICE BREAKERS Brand became part of The Hershey Company family in 2000, along with BREATH SAVERS Mints, BUBBLE YUM Bubble Gum and others purchased from Nabisco Holdings.

Ice Breakers Wintergreen Mints contains high-carb sugar alcohols like maltitol and sorbitol.

These sweeteners may raise your blood sugar level and prevent you from reaching ketosis.

Ice Breaker Mints can give you gas as well as bloating.

Ice Breakers Mints just like any other mints can also make you poop if you consume enough of them as they can have a laxative effect.

While safe, the sweetener IceBreakers (and many other companies) use can have a laxative effect in higher quantity.

If you eat a lot of these and prior to you were consuming almost no sorbitol (or like) products, you are going to poop.

Eat a whole lot of these, you are going to poop, a lot.

Too many mints can cause bloating and gas as a result of the high sugar content of the mints.

Mints can also sometimes cause a laxative effect as well.

Mints are not actually laxatives but the mints cause a laxative effect because of Sorbitol contained in the mints.

Sorbitol, or glucitol, is a sugar alcohol which our bodies metabolize slowly.

Sorbitol can be found in cough syrups, sugar free mints, chewing gum, diet foods, diet drinks and ice creams.

As a food additive Sorbitol has an E-number E420.

Sorbitol is also used as a non-stimulant laxative.
