Mints do expire.

However although mints expire they are still safe to consume well past the expiration date.

But it's recommended you use the mints within a year of purchasing them.

Properly stored, mints will last for about 12 months at normal room temperature.

Should you refrigerate mints? In hot, humid environments, mints should be stored in the refrigerator.

Too many mints can cause bloating and gas as a result of the high sugar content of the mints.

Mints can also sometimes cause a laxative effect as well.

Mints are not actually laxatives but the mints cause a laxative effect because of Sorbitol contained in the mints.

Sorbitol, or glucitol, is a sugar alcohol which our bodies metabolize slowly.

Sorbitol can be found in cough syrups, sugar free mints, chewing gum, diet foods, diet drinks and ice creams.

As a food additive Sorbitol has an E-number E420.

Sorbitol is also used as a non-stimulant laxative.

Drinks that can make you poop fast include prune juice, apple juice, grape juice, pear juice, beet juice, sometimes coffee, milk, teas can make some people poop.

Stimulating teas and coffee also have a laxative effect.

Black tea, green tea, and coffee naturally contain caffeine, a stimulant that speeds up bowel movements in many people.

People often drink these beverages in the morning to wake themselves up and encourage a bowel movement.

Molasses as well as Unsulphured Molasses is good for constipation as the molasses works naturally as a laxative.

All types of molasses is good for relieving constipation including Unsulphured molasses but black strap molasses is one of the best types of molasses to get your bowels moving.

I have had better results taking black strap molasses to get rid of my constipation and it usually within 2 to 4 hours of taking it.

Also drinking apple juice will make you poop within a few hours or so after drinking it.

Apple juice contains fiber which is a good help to make you poop.

Drinking prune juice, eating apples, eating prunes, eating bananas and even taking castor oil can all help you poop.

Even eating some oatmeal can help you poop because of the fiber it contains.

Molasses is a good laxative.

When you need to poop or are constipated or just want to keep constipation away you can consume a few tablespoons of Molasses which can act as a natural laxative to help keep and get your bowels moving.

I use molasses when I'm constipated and it seems to work within a few hour or so.

The Molasses is also healthy for you in other ways too.

Consuming molasses does make you poop when you consume enough of it.

Molasses contains vitamins and minerals; magnesium which helps to make you poop and get your bowels moving.

I will sometimes consume a few tablespoons of magnesium when I'm feeling constipated or am constipated and when I take the 2 tablespoons of the molasses I usually need to poop within a few hours.

The black strap molasses is the better molasses for making you poop faster.

But even regular molasses can help you poop as well.

Some other things that can make you poop are eating oatmeal, eating bread, eating prunes, eating apples, eating bananas or drinking apple juice, drinking prune juice or just increasing your fiber intake.

The more fiber you intake the more you'll need to poop.
