How to make diabetic friendly blueberry muffins?

Anyone know a recipe for diabetic friendly blueberry muffins?

You could use a sugar substitute when making the blueberry muffins.

I'm not sure of a recipe but maybe use the regular blueberry muffin recipe and then modify it to remove the sugar portions.
