Server Location only matters for web hosting and SEO if the server location is not in the same country as your visitors.

The farther away your server is from your visitors the slower your website will be.

If you get most of your website visitors from the USA then your website should be hosted on a server located within the USA for the fastest speeds.

However if the majority of your website visitors are in another country then your website should be hosted on a server in those countries.

However it does not matter in what state your server is in for your website as long as your server is loading fast and staying up.

Faster websites and older domains rank better than newer websites and slower websites.

So ensure your website has enough speed and ensure your web server has enough RAM to speed up your website.

Server location is a big deal for web hosting. It can affect your website's speed, security, and uptime.

If you're looking for a new place to host your site, it's important to consider the location of the server.

Another thing to consider is how much bandwidth you'll have when choosing a web host. Some hosts offer unlimited bandwidth while others charge extra if you exceed a certain amount of usage per month.

It's also important to take into account whether or not your host offers SSL certificates (which encrypts all of your data so no one can see what you're sending). This can help protect against cyber attacks like DDoS attacks or man-in-the-middle attacks.
