Diet Coke with Splenda has not been discontinued and is still available in most stores.

Other diet sodas are also sweetened with Splenda too.

Pepsi soft drink products containing Splenda include Pepsi with Splenda, Aquafina flavored waters and Brisk teas and fruit-blend drinks.

Caffeine-free and regular Diet Mountain Dew also contain Splenda.

The Mountain Dew products also contain aspartame.

The Splenda brand was transferred to Heartland Food Products Group after their purchase of the line with investor Centerbridge Partners in 2015.

By late 2009, some distributors had stopped supplying Diet Coke sweetened with Splenda. In 2018, in an effort to be more appealing to millennials, Diet Coke was packaged in a taller, more slender can (of the same volume) and introduced four new flavors.

Splenda is a global brand of sugar substitutes and reduced-calorie food products.

While they are known for their original formulation containing sucralose, they also manufacture items using natural sweeteners such as stevia, monk fruit, and allulose.

It is owned by the American company Heartland Food Products Group.

Splenda isn't bad for you, but it can cause some negative health effects like an increase in sugar cravings which may lead to weight gain.

Some preliminary studies in animals have shown that Splenda may affect gut health and cause GI issues.

An excess of Splenda may also cause you to have higher blood sugar.
