Lemons can make your body a bit alkaline because lemons are very acidic.

However the lemons will not make your body too alkaline as the lemons and lemon juice is less acidic in your body once your body begins digesting it.

Lemon Juice however is still very healthy for you and so drinking lemon juice can improve your health and provide you with vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

Eating bananas are also good for you and can somewhat make your body alkaline although not as much but still bananas are great for you too.

Bananas while acidic are only actually mildly acidic so they won't raise the acidity in your body much but they are still very healthy.

3 to 4 bananas per week is the recommended amount of bananas that you should eat for the health benefits.

However some people including myself have a banana every morning to start my day and it gives me energy while I'm waiting for my other breakfast.
