When cooking mince you add some water to the mince.

Just add enough water to cover the meat you're cooking and If the minced meat stays in clumps, break the minced meat apart with a wooden spoon until it is in small crumbles.

Then slowly bring it to a boil while stirring often so the meat stays separated.

Then lower the temperature, cover and simmer until the meat is brown and cooked.

To cook your mince so that the mince is tender get the pan really hot, do the mince in two portions.

Also don't just put a big pack of freezing cold mince (from the fridge) in the pan as a block or it will cool the fat so much it just boils the water out of the meat making it tough.

Also do slow cook for at least an hour.

Mince meat should be brown inside when fully cooked and no longer have any pink color to it.

If the mince meat has some pink in the meat then it's not done enough and needs cooked longer until there's no pink left in the mince meat.

Cooking mince meat takes 5 to 10 minutes and mince must be fully cooked and no longer pink when it's done.

Cooking mince takes between 5 to 10 minutes.

Allow the mince to cook until the mince is no longer pink inside and once the mince becomes brown inside then the mince is fully cooked.

Mince meat does have to be fully cooked before eating it.

Undercooked mince meat can be dangerous to your health and cause food poisoning because it can contain bad bacteria.

Mince should always be cooked fully before eating it as eating undercooked mince meat can be dangerous to your health.

Ground beef and minced ground beef should always be cooked fully before eating it.

The best way to cook mince meat is to use some cooking oil such as olive oil in a skillet and heat the oil up and then add the mince meat to the cooking oil once it gets hot.

To cook mince meat heat the oil in a sauté pan or large frying pan and then add some onion and carrots and cook over a medium heat for about 5 mins,

Be sure to stir the vegetables occasionally, until the vegetables have started to soften.

Then add the beef to the pan and cook for about 5-10 mins, stirring to break up the meat, until it browns.

If you just want to mince meat then just add the meat and not the other ingredients if you don't want the other ingredients.

To fry mince properly you do need some oil such as olive oil.

When you want to fry mince you start by adding a very small amount of cooking oil and then allow it to heat up but not so much that it smokes.

Then after the cooking oil heats up you add the mince in small amounts.

Just don't cover the surface of the pan completely.

And adding too much meat will reduce the temperature of the pan and the meat will not brown.

Also If the meat or the oil is beginning to scorch, reduce the heat.

You could use butter to fry mince if you have no cooking oil but I recommend using some olive oil to fry the mince as it makes for a better mince.

I have used butter when I had no cooking oil and it turned out good or you could use bacon grease as well.

Ground meat, called mince or minced meat outside North America, is meat finely chopped by a meat grinder or a chopping knife.

A common type of ground meat is ground beef, but many other types of meats are prepared in a similar fashion, including pork, veal, lamb, goat meat, and poultry.
