Adding milk to eggs does not make the eggs fluffier and actually adding milk to eggs does more harm than good.

When you add milk to eggs it makes the eggs rubbery, colorless and dilutes the flavor of the eggs.

If you've ever eaten eggs at a school cafeteria and noticed how rubbery and tasteless those eggs are then that is why.

When I was in elementary school the eggs that were served to us were colorless, rubbery and tasted awful and I found out that it was because of milk being added to the eggs.

The milk is supposed to make the eggs go farther and taste better but in reality the eggs taste awful and are hard to chew and eat when milk is added to the eggs.

So if you want the best eggs you should avoid adding milk to the eggs or the eggs will turn out bad.

Adding milk to the eggs is supposed to cool the eggs faster as well but it's not a good thing to do to add milk to eggs unless you like rubbery and awful tasting eggs.
