Meat Juices can be frozen but before freezing the meat juices you should first remove the layer of fat from the meat juices before freezing it.

Once the fat has been removed from the meat juices the meat juices are mostly protein.

If you freeze the meat juices with the fat in it then it may not freeze well.

So just make sure to remove the fat from the meat juices or meat drippings before freezing the meat juices and it will be just fine.

Saving and freezing meat juices makes for great gravy such as Turkey Gravy.

I've frozen and stored meat juices in the freezer for up to a year before and it's been okay.

So if you have any leftover meat juices, remove the fat and then store the meat juices in a freezer bag or freezer safe container.

Use the frozen meat juices within 6 months to a year for the freshest meat juices.
