Yes a felon can become a judge if the felon is able to get their record expunged and works hard through law school to become a judge.

There have been some felons who have became judges and are leading a good life now.

If the felon has the record expunged it will give the felon a chance needed to begin with a clean record and succeed in beginning a new career and become a judge.

A felon can get a passport as long as the felon is not considered dangerous and has no other criminal history.

Being a convicted felon does not bar someone or prevent someone from getting a passport to go to other countries.

As long as the felon is allowed to leave the country then they can get a passport and travel to other countries.

Now if the person is on probation and cannot leave the country or state they are in then they cannot get a passport to leave the country.

But you certainly can get a passport even when you're a felon.

However having a felony conviction can prevent you from getting some jobs but even with a felony conviction you can find a job if you look hard enough.

Some employers are willing to give a person a second chance.
