To cook chicken in water you boil the chicken in the water.
Then you can remove the chicken meat from the bones easily after the chicken has fully cooked when boiled in water.
The meat should peel off the chicken bones and it's great to make soups and stews this way or just eat the chicken by itself after boiling it.
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add chicken to the pot.
Then pour some chicken broth over the chicken to cover and season the chicken generously with some salt and pepper.
Next bring the water in the pot to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium.
Allow the chicken to simmer until the chicken is cooked through all the way which takes around 10 minutes.
