12 cups of coffee can be too much for some people but for the average person 12 cups of coffee per day is perfectly healthy and okay.

Any amount of coffee over 12 cups of coffee per day may cause health issues but 12 cups of coffee is okay for most people.

12 cups of coffee per day is not too much coffee for the average healthy person.

If you have any heart disease or other health conditions or have trouble with caffeine then the 6 cups of coffee could be too much for you.

I drink up to 12 cups of coffee most days and I'm just fine.
