The orange sweet potatoes are supposed to be the healthiest but actually the white sweet potatoes are healthier than the orange sweet potatoes.

White Sweet Potatoes are more rich in nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and contains more fiber than orange sweet potatoes.

Sweet Potatoes are much healthier than Yams are.

Sweet Potatoes have more nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than Yams do.

Both Yams and Sweet Potatoes are healthy for you though so by eating both yams and sweet potatoes you become healthier.
