Putting boiling water in regular glass can sometimes break the glass.

The sudden contact of the boiling hot water on the glass could cause a crack or break in it because of thermal shock and expansion of the glass.

Pyrex is better able to withstand the boiling water so that type of glass is okay to put boiling water into but I would not recommend pouring or putting boiling water into glass.

However if you do try it just pour the boiling water into the glass slowly.

Hot water can be put in Pyrex as long as the Pyrex is at room temperature.

Pyrex can withstand temperatures up to 400 F degrees and sometimes a little above as Pyrex is made to be used in the oven to bake things with.

You can put boiling water into Pyrex however just don't put boiling water into the Pyrex if it was just in the refrigerator and was cold.

The sudden thermal shock from cold to boiling hot could possibly break it.

But as long as the Pyrex is at room temperature and not cold then pouring boiling water into the Pyrex should not be an issue.

Pyrex glass will not shatter or break when you pour boiling water into it because the Pyrex is better able to withstand thermal shock.

So yes you can pour boiling water into a Pyrex dish without it breaking.

When you pour boiling water into a regular cold glass bowl or glass jar the glass will crack and break due to the sudden thermal shock from going from cold to suddenly hot.

But the Pyrex dishes are made differently and can withstand the thermal shock of the hot boiling water coming into contact with it so the Pyrex dish is safe to have boiling water poured into it without the risk of it cracking or breaking.
