The spiciest food in the world is a food made with a Jamaican Spice known as Jerk.

When it comes to the spiciest foods out there the Jerk Spice is considered the spiciest.

The Ghost Pepper is considered to be the hottest pepper in the world but there may be other hotter ones that have not been discovered yet.

Some other spiciest foods in the world are Otak-Otak, Pork Vindaloo, Wat, Tom Yum, Nuea Phat Phrik, Kimchi, jjigae, Sichuan Hot Pot and Jerk Chicken.

If you ingested too much spicy food then the spicy food could cause death but it would take a whole lot of spicy food or Jalapenos to do enough harm to kill you.

Your stomach would tell you to stop eating the spicy food and Jalapeno Peppers before it became a problem to where it would lead to serious health issues or death.

It is possible however to develop ulcers from eating too much spicy foods or too many Jalapenos but it takes awhile for that to occur.

In moderation though spicy food and Jalapeno peppers are healthy for you and may even prevent cancer and boost your immune system.

Fresh Jalapeno peppers and any other Jalapeno Peppers or spicy foods are good for your health in moderation.

Fresh Jalapeno peppers and any other Jalapeno peppers are rich in vitamins A and C and potassium which is very good for your health and Jalapenos can help boost your bodies immune system and may prevent colds, flu viruses and possibly prevent cancer.

Jalapeno peppers contain Capsaicin which also acts as an anti-inflammatory, which makes the Jalapeno peppers great for reducing swelling and pain in those who suffer from arthritis.

Jalapeno peppers are also good for preventing and treating headaches, Colds, Nasal Congestion, High Blood pressure and even ulcers.

Although if you eat too many Jalapenos they could lead to ulcers but in moderation they can help prevent and treat ulcers.
