Some good foods to serve with lobster bisque are warmed French or sourdough bread and slices of extra sharp cheddar, Gouda, Gruyere, Havarti or Muenster cheese or seafood entrees, fresh seasonal vegetables, and a potato side dish.

I like to make my lobster bisque with Maine Lobster as I find it's the best tasting Lobster whether eaten by itself or by making Lobster Bisque or even Lobster Rolls.

The best Lobster is Maine Lobster.

Maine Lobster is commonly found in restaurants and supermarkets, and many swear it to be the best lobster available including myself.

I have not found any other lobster that tastes better than Main Lobster.

However most other Lobster is still great but if you can get Maine Lobster it will be the most enjoyable Lobster available.

Lobster can be eaten raw but if you're pregnant you should not eat raw lobster as it can cause harm to the unborn baby.

Also lobster tastes much better when cooked than it does raw.

All lobster is edible raw and can be eaten raw safely

But if you do eat raw lobster there is the potential for bacteria to be in the raw lobster that can make some people sick.

So I personally would not recommend eating raw lobster but for most people it is safe to eat lobster raw and a lot of people do eat raw lobster and are just fine.

I've tried raw lobster before and to me it was not very good.

But I love cooked lobster and can eat a lot of cooked lobster but raw lobster doesn't taste good to me.

When lobster is cooked the lobster is put into a boiling pot of water alive so you cook the lobster alive until it dies and is cooked.

Then you take the lobster apart and eat it that way.
