The best way to cook shrimp without the shrimp drying out is to soak the shrimp in a brine solution.

Soak the shrimp in brine quickly to keep the shrimp moist as it cooks and after soaking the shrimp in brine for a minute then pat the shrimp dry.

The cook the shrimp by searing the shrimp in a cast iron pan and then for best results serve the shrimp immediately after cooking it.

You can also use Lemon Juice to cook the Shrimp without actually cooking it.

Or even add some lemon juice to the pan that you're cooking the shrimp in and it will keep the shrimp moist and give the shrimp a nice good lemon flavor.

Cooking shrimp in a bowl of lemon juice takes around 1 hour.

To cook the shrimp in lemon juice take a large bowl and fill it with lemon juice and then add the shrimp and after adding the shrimp to the lemon juice stir it up to mix it together.

Then let it sit for 5 minutes until the shrimp is opaque in color.

The lime juice will cook the shrimp without needing to use a stove but it won't be cooked the same way as it would be on the stove.

You can also use lime juice as well which usually works better for cooking shrimp.

After 5 minutes you can add any other ingredients you want to the shrimp and then cover it and refrigerate it for an hour.
