Yes it's better to sear chicken first before baking as it makes it more crunchy and better tasting.

Searing the chicken before baking also makes the time it takes to cook in the oven shorter so the chicken will bake faster.

To sear the chicken means to cook the chicken cooked at a high temperature until a browned crust forms.

Searing in cooking is a cooking technique in which the surface of the food is cooked at a high temperature until a browned crust forms.

To sear the chicken heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the skillet is hot, you will place flour coated chicken breasts in the skillet.

Next you will sear the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

The chicken should turn golden brown in color on both sides.

You should also be sure to turn them only once between cooking.

And the total cooking time should not exceed 8-10 minutes.

Pan seared chicken is a healthy way to cook chicken.

When you pan sear the chicken it's much healthier for you than eating deep fried chicken.

Both pan seared chicken and baked chicken are the healthiest ways to cook chicken.

Pan searing chicken or baking chicken reduces the fat and grease content of the chicken which makes it healthier for you and your heart.

Raw chicken can be cooked in a pan or skillet on the stove.

Just add some grease or cooking oil such as olive oil, vegetable oil etc and then place the chicken into the skillet or pan.

Then turn the stove on high and cook the chicken until it's cooked on each side and flip the chicken over every 30 seconds or so until all sides of the chicken are done.

That is for the chicken still on the bone.

You can also remove the chicken meat from the bone and then fry the chicken that way in the skillet or pan.

I've cooked raw chicken on the bone in my skillet before and it cooked just fine.

Just be sure to cook the chicken all the way through so that it's not raw.

Or you can also bake the chicken in the oven which takes around 40 to 50 minutes depending on how much chicken you're cooking.
