Oatmeal has many health benefits such as lowering your cholesterol, managing diabetes, lowering your risk of diabetes, lowers your blood sugar levels, helps aid in weight loss and can give you energy.

Oatmeal helps to build a strong and healthy heart as well and lowers your risk of heart disease.

Eating Oatmeal does help prevent clogged arteries.
