Too much fried foods can cause your arteries to clog which reduces blood flow to your heart, brain etc.
Fried foods are also high in fat, calories and salt which is not good for your health.
Studies have linked fried foods to serious health problems like type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Eating fried foods too often can also cause weight gain and obesity and so if you want to eat fried foods you should do so only in moderation.
It's okay to eat fried foods occasionally as long as you're eating other healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables and are staying active and getting plenty of exercise.
If you already have heart disease or have suffered from a heart attack, stroke etc then you should not eat much fried foods.
