Carne Asada is sometimes used to make Fajitas because Carne Asada is grilled beef but a fajita is a type of burrito made with the grilled beef or other steaks.

Carne asada is a dish of grilled and sliced beef which is usually skirt steak, sirloin steak, tenderloin steak, or rib steak.

The Carne Asada is usually cooked with a marinade and some searing to impart a charred flavor.

Carne asada can be served as a main dish or as an ingredient in other dishes

Carne Asada is made with the meat called Sirloin Steak.

Sirloin Steak is most commonly the meat used to make Carne Asada but you can use other meats to make Carne Asada if you want too.

Although carne asada is usually made with sirloin steak other steaks can be used to make carne asada.

Other cuts of steak that are good to make carne asada with are steaks such as tenderloin, Ribeye and yes Chuck Steak.

I prefer to use chuck steak myself to make carne asada with.

Whatever cut of steak you prefer to make the carne asada dish with will work just fine.

Most all cuts of steak do go well with the carne asada dish.

The carne asada dish can be eaten on it's own or it can be used to make things such as burritos or tacos etc.
