Mangoes are very healthy for you and are packed full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

Some of the health benefits of eating mango are lower blood pressure, boosted immune system. improved eye health, improved brain health, lowers your risk of cancer, improves digestion.

Mangoes also contain a high level of vitamin C, fiber and pectin making it a perfect fruit that helps in controlling high cholesterol levels.

You can eat as many mangoes as you want in a day but eating too many mangoes in a day may cause stomach pain, diarrhea and bloating.

I would say that eating more than 3 to 4 mangoes per day would be too much as it is for me.

If I eat more than 4 mangoes in a day I get diarrhea, stomach cramps and bloating.

But if I only eat 2 mangoes per day I don't have those issues.

Mangoes are very healthy and are packed full of vitamins, nutrients, minerals etc.

Eating mangoes may even prevent cancer, boost your immune system and help you recover from the flu or cold virus.

Mangoes may also help prevent heart disease, help prevent diabetes, manage diabetes and mangoes when eaten in moderation are also good for weight loss and the mangoes can help you loose belly fat too.
