Some good foods or side dishes that go well with stuffed peppers are garlic bread, mac and cheese, cheesy pull apart garlic bread, salad, nachos with cheese, ugly dip, avocado dip, bruschetta and salads.

I also like to sometimes top my stuffed peppers with some nacho cheese which makes them even more delicious.

Stuffed peppers can be considered a side dish, comfort food or a complete meal.

If you eat enough stuffed peppers then you can have a meal as they are pretty filling and the hot peppers are healthy for you in moderation as well.

Eating stuffed peppers can help boost your immune system and may also prevent the flu, cold virus and possibly prevent cancer.

Stuffed peppers in American cuisine is a dish where bell peppers (often the green, yellow, orange, and red varieties) are typically filled with a stuffing such as ground beef, mixed with bread crumbs or cooked rice, eggs, herbs, and spices (especially paprika and parsley) and cheese.

You don't have to cook the meat before stuffing peppers.

If you do cook the meat first before stuffing the peppers then it will take less time for the stuffed peppers to be ready.

So while you're preparing the stuffed peppers you can brown or cook the meat and then stuff the peppers with the cooked meat.

But when you stuff the meat into the stuffed peppers and then cook those stuffed peppers the meat will also cook with the stuffed peppers.

My mom makes stuffed peppers and always just puts the meat into the stuffed peppers raw and then cooks them.

The meat always just fully cooks with the stuffed peppers.

You can do it either way as it really does not matter.
