If you get sick from eating bacon then you could have an allergy to bacon.
Some people cannot eat certain types of meat due to a meat allergy which can also be just for certain types of meats.
It depends though on what you mean by sick after eating the bacon.
If you just get a stomach ache, abdominal pain, diarrhea etc when eating bacon then it might just be that you have digestive issues with digesting the bacon.
Or the bacon may have had bacteria in it that was not killed when cooking it.
Bacon must always be fully cooked before eating it because raw bacon or partially raw bacon may contain bacteria that can make you sick.
So never eat bacon that is raw or not fully cooked.
Also bacon that's been just given the flavor of smoke without actually being smoked probably hasn't reached that minimum internal temperature, which means it could be harboring bacteria or parasites that'll make you sick when eating it.
