Peanut butter is not bad for your gut and actually peanut butter and peanuts can be good for your gut and gut health.

Eating peanut butter can improve your gut health because the prebiotics in peanut butter and peanuts help improve your gut biome.

Peanuts can sometimes be hard on your stomach.

Peanuts are high in fiber content which can make them hard to digest for some people.

If you already have digestive issues then eating peanuts may cause you to have stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea etc.

Not everyone has those issues with eating peanuts unless they eat too many.

If you eat too many peanuts then you can get stomach pain, bloating and diarrhea as well.

Peanuts though are very healthy but if you notice stomach pain and diarrhea then you're likely eating too many peanuts at one time.

Peanuts are also a great source of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and B Vitamins and are nutrient-rich and low in carbohydrates.

Although peanuts are high in calories so they can cause weight gain as well if you eat too many of the peanuts.
