Eggs can help you poop but since the eggs are low in fiber they won't help you poop as much as other higher fiber foods would.
Still eggs are healthy for you in moderation and contain protein, vitamins, minerals and nutrients and calcium as well.
Some other higher fiber foods that help you poop are oatmeal, apples, bread, cereal, prunes, Beans, Broccoli, Popcorn, Dried Fruits, Whole Grain Foods and Avocados.
Even drinks such as Apple Juice, Prune Juice, Grape Juice etc can help you poop when you're constipated.
Another good remedy for constipation is Castor Oil which has been used for years to help relieve constipation but it's not very good tasting.
Apple Cider Vinegar is also great for constipation and can help you poop.
You can take a spoonful of apple cider vinegar directly or dilute a few spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water or tea and drink it.
I drink apple cider vinegar with some tea when I need to poop and am constipated and it works great and within a few hours I'm needing to poop.
