Washing or cleaning meat with vinegar is okay but the vinegar will not kill any germs on the meat.

You can use vinegar and water to wash off meat but the germs and bacteria will still remain.

Washing meat can actually spread bacteria and germs so it's best to not wash meat to begin with.

When you cook the meat the germs and bacteria that can be on the meat will be killed as long as you cook the meat fully and to a high enough temperature.

If you wash raw meat in the sink then that bacteria can spread into your sink even though you wash your sink down.

I never bothered to wash any meat as the cooking process of the meat kills the germs and bacteria that is on the meat.
