Cooked rice will typically last for around 3 to 5 days as long as the cooked rice is refrigerated.

To reheat cooked rice just add some water to cover the rice and then put the bowl of cooked rice in the microwave for a minute or 2 minutes until the cooked rice is heated back up.

You can also reheat rice on the stove by putting the cooked rice into a pot and then adding some water to cover the rice.

Then get the water boiling and then turn the heat down to a simmer.

Rice when not cooked has a long shelf life and rice as long as it does not absorb moisture can last forever.

But once cooked the rice should be eaten within 3 days as after that time mold can begin to grow on the rice.

If the rice gets too hard or has mold on it then throw it out.

Cooked rice is good for up to 5 days when kept in the fridge.

To reheat the cooked rice add some water to cover the rice and reheat the rice in the microwave for a couple of minutes or until warm enough for you.

Uncooked rice can last for a long time as long as it does not get moisture on it and grow mold.
