You can freeze hard boiled eggs but if you do freeze the hard boiled eggs you must remove the yolk of the hard boiled egg and just freeze the hard boiled egg yolk.

If you freeze the entire hard boiled egg with the white part of the hard boiled egg it will become tough to chew and be like rubber which will make it impossible to eat.

I have made that mistake before and have frozen hard boiled eggs whole and did not realize that the eggs would become rubbery.

When I thawed the hard boiled eggs out and went to eat one it was just like a rubber ball and was not edible at all.

So just remove the hard boiled eggs yolk and freeze that instead.

Or pickle the hard boiled eggs and leave them in the pickled solution and they will last a long time that way as well.
