When making quesadillas the kind and type of tortillas that are traditionally used for making quesadillas are corn tortillas.
Traditional quesadillas are always made using corn Tortillas and not wheat or flour Tortillas.
However if you prefer to make quesadillas with wheat or other tortillas you can do so as there's no rule that says you have to use a certain kind of Tortilla.
I use whatever Tortillas I can find or have to make quesadillas with and they turn out just fine.
But if you want the traditional quesadillas then you are supposed to use corn tortillas to make the quesadillas with.
I like quesadillas no matter what kind of tortillas I use but whenever I order quesadillas they are made with corn tortillas which is also good and what it's made with.
