When you have chicken broth that is too thin and you want to thicken the chicken broth up you can thicken up the chicken broth by adding cornstarch or some flour.

Just add a little bit of cornstarch or a little bit of flour to the chicken broth at a time and stir it in until the chicken broth has thickened up enough.

Just like soups you can thicken the soups up as well using cornstarch or a little bit of flour.

The starch helps to thicken the chicken broth as well as other broths and soups.

You can also buy broth thickener in most grocery stores but flour and or cornstarch works just as good to thicken the chicken broth up.

I use cornstarch when I need to thicken chicken broth or other soups when they are too thin.
