Eating soup everyday is not bad.

Soups that contain lots of vegetables are healthy for you as you'll be getting the vitamins, minerals and nutrients from the vegetables in the soup.

The healthiest soup though is homemade soup that contains natural ingredients that you put into the soup yourself.

With store bought soups such as canned soups there's more sodium and salt in the soups and other preservatives.

So the canned soups are not as healthy for you as regular homemade soups are but the canned soups are still okay for your health in moderation.

I prefer Campbell's canned soups for canned soup as they are the best tasting soups.

But I do make my own homemade soups the most as they are much healthier.

Having a bowl of warm soup on a cold day is very nice and even chicken noodle soup is wonderful when you have a cold or flu virus or are sick.

The chicken noodle soup also provides you with nutrition.
