What domain name registrar has the cheapest yearly domain registration?

I'm looking to create a wordpress blog and need a domain name for it. But I'm trying to find the cheapest but good domain name registrar to register a new domain with.

Can you recommend a good cheap domain registrar to register a domain with?

I register my domains and renew them through dynadot.com

The domains are at this time only $9.99 per year and the customer service is great. Been using dynadot for my domain registration for almost 5 years now and wouldn't switch to any other domain registrar.
