You can freeze Lobster Rolls.

When frozen Lobster Rolls will last in the freezer for up to 1 month before they go bad.

When thawing out the frozen Lobster Rolls remove the lobster rolls from the freezer 24 hours prior to eating or serving them and then place the frozen lobster rolls into the refrigerator to thaw.

Don't leave the lobster rolls out at room temperature longer than an hour or they can grow bacteria and go bad.

Make sure to thaw the lobster rolls in the refrigerator to prevent bacteria from growing on them and then they will be ready to eat within 24 hours of refrigeration.

Lobster Rolls can be eaten either cold or hot although most people eat the lobster rolls cold.

I prefer to place my lobster rolls in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes at 350 F to heat them up as I prefer my Lobster Rolls to be warm or hot when eating them as they are much more enjoyable that way.
