Meatloaf and Salisbury Steak are similar and both use ground beef as the main ingredient.

But the difference between Salisbury Steak and Meatloaf is that Meatloaf is baked in the oven and Salisbury Steak is cooked in the skillet and also has gravy.

Meatloaf is topped with Ketchup while Salisbury Steak is topped with gravy.

Salisbury Steak is good for you in moderation.

But since Salisbury Steak contains grease and is made of ground beef and contains butter, gravy etc then eating too much Salisbury Steak can be bad for your health.

If you eat other healthy things besides the Salisbury Steak then it's healthy to eat the Salisbury Steak as you do get some protein from the Salisbury Steak.

It's not the healthiest but it's okay in moderation.

Salisbury Steak contains 7 grams of carbs per serving of Salisbury Steak.

Ground Beef is the meat that Salisbury steak is made of.

Salisbury steak is made of a blend of ground beef as well as other ingredients and is usually served with gravy and sometimes brown sauce.

Salisbury steak is also a version of Hamburg Steak.

The ingredients to make Salisbury Steak is to take a large bowl and mix together 1/3 cup condensed French onion soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper.

Shape it into 6 oval patties.

Then next in a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown both sides of patties.

After that is done then you pour off any excess fat.

In a small bowl, blend flour and remaining soup until smooth.
