White Chocolate and Almond bark are similar but they are not the same thing.
Almond bark is sometimes used as a substitute for white chocolate in some recipes but they are different from each other.
The main difference between white chocolate and almond bark is that the white chocolate contains real chocolate while almond bark does not contain any real chocolate.
Almond bark is made with food coloring, artificial flavors, sugar and vegetable fats while white chocolate is mostly just real chocolate that is white.
White chocolate tastes different than almond bark as well.
Although if you have no white chocolate and need some white chocolate for a recipe then the almond bark will do just fine as a good substitute.
